1 Customer Proof & Print Approval
For custom graphic designs, wedding cards, flex hoardings, and banners, clients must inspect and approve digital proofs before final high-volume production.
2 Color Variance Tolerances
Digital screen displays (RGB) may exhibit slight natural color variations compared to physical CMYK toner/solvent ink print outputs.
3 Legal Typing Accuracy Verification
Clients must review drafted legal affidavits and Hindi Kruti Dev/Mangal documents before notarization. Typing corrections are made free of charge prior to final printing.
4 Custom Order Non-Refundable Policy
Custom flex banners, photo laminations, and personalized merchandise cannot be returned once approved and printed.
Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These terms of service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with printing.gcscit.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
